Confluence Queens commiserate with Captain Hauwa Abdullahi over brother's demise

 


Confluence Queens Football Club has identified with their captain, Hauwa Abdullahi following the tragic news of the passing of her elder brother on Tuesday.


The tragic loss of Nicolas Faruq Abdullahi, confirmed by family sources, has left the skipper and her loved ones devastated. 


Hauwa, known for her leadership, calm strength, and unwavering commitment to the team, has received an outpouring of sympathy from teammates, coaches, and club officials.


In an official message, the club extended its deepest condolences to the captain and her family, describing the late Nicolas as a supportive brother whose encouragement contributed to Hauwa’s growth both on and off the pitch.


“Our hearts are with Hauwa in this difficult moment. Losing a loved one is never easy, and we stand firmly with her in prayers, support, and solidarity,” the club stated.


The management also urged players and supporters of Confluence Queens to keep the Abdullahi family in their thoughts as they navigate this painful period.
