To commemorate the UN day on sports for peace and development, players from the diplomatic community played a football match with the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Abuja.

In a swift reaction to the Federal High Court order, the Ambassador Chris Giwa board has resumed in the Glass House with three of the board members storming the secretariat where they announced the sack of the Head of the media, Ademola Olajire and announced a replacement in Dr Robinson Okosun.

Developing Stories: NFF Files Appeal, Motion to Vacate Order and Stay-of-Execution against Jos Court Judgment

The Nigeria Football Federation has swiftly moved to file an appeal, a motion to vacate the order and a motion for a stay-of-execution against the judgement of the Jos High Court, which on Friday decided to re-list a case brought by Ambassador Chris Giwa against the validly –elected NFF administration of Amaju Melvin Pinnick.
