Chairman of nigeria football federation technical and development committee Comrade Ahmed Yusuf Fresh has hailed the super falcons over the 3-0 victory recorded in their second match at against senegal the ongoing wafu cup in Ivory Coast , Abijan.
Fresh said this in a chat with his special adviser on media and publicity Mr Aro Olaoluwa said "the results was no where a surprise to me because the nigerian apex female team ( super falcons) remain leader when it comes to female football in africa although Senegal and other notable nations have history in terms of women football but we have reached records and that would always play it role anytime our girls represents us at international level' he submitted
Alhaji Ahmed yusuf who is also A member of Confederation Of africa Football technical and development committee however charges super falcons to be more focus in their remaining matches in the tournament.
'I want to say clearly that you all have done looking at how you started with a slim victory in your first match against mali and got a convincing result of 3-0 in the second match encounter playing a strong Senegalese side that whitewashed Togo 6-0 Earlier their first match of the group, that shows there are rooms for improvements therefore be more determined in your last group match ' said fresh
Nigeria super falcons goes top of the after winning the first matches of the group but faces togo in their last Group match on monday.
