This was contained in a statement signed by the Chairman of the club, Mallam Abdul Sule on Monday in Lokoja.
The statement added that Tosin Ojo would still remain the club's Media Manager just as Hajia Alameen Idachaba would serve as both Welfare and Secretary of the club.
"We have resolved that Tosin Ojo will be in charge of a Confluence Queens as the Team Manager. We believe she's capable of doing the job well with her experience and exposure and we are sure that new management would further encourage discipline, team work and bring their good leadership quality which will help us get well this season," the statement said.
Ojo who was until her new appointment the Secretary and Spokesperson of the Lokoja based women club is expected to bring her wealth of experience to bear to assist Confluence Queens achieve greatness in the coming NWPL season.
The fluently speaking sports journalist who holds a Higher National Diploma in Public Administration from the Kogi State Polytechnic is the Head of Sports Desk at the Kogi State Broadcasting Corporation, known as Radio Kogi.
Confluence Queens finished 6th in the last NWPL season and have since intensifying their preparation ahead of the new Women League season.
