“We needed to take precaution, therefore we advised the technical crew to substitute Ajoku considering that we have crucial encounters ahead, playing Enyimba in week 8 and the topping log club Plateau United in week 9”, he said.

Adullahi confirmed that the team has no casualty on its injury list, saying that every player was in good shape.

The medical official added that Ajoku has been prolific as such they don’t want to risk him and get him injured at the early stage of the league, therefore he said all necessary precaution would be employed to ensure that all players were protected from sustaining injuries.
