Yusuf sets for record heights with MFM FC

MFM FC's new striker, Abiodun Ayinde Yusuf, has vowed to be the breakout star for the CAF champions league campaigners this season.

Popularly called 'Ronaldo' for his field prowess, the lanky striker standing at (6 ft 1 in) wants to help his Agege based Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL most feared club domestically and with the CAF champions league dreams.

Yusuf who started his football playing trade with Yobo FC, before moving to Gateway FC, was a darling on the street of Minna after he signed for Niger Tornadoes last season.

He has now set a new personal targets for himself, just like role model Cristiano Ronaldo. His ambition for the 2017/2018 NPFL Season are what he revealed to Maxisports.

Ayiinde says he want to shine at MFM FC like predicesor Stephen Odey.

"I came to MFM FC to shine, it's my turn to shine. I know this is a big club, we're playing CAF champions league and we want to win the Nigeria league.

I want to do very well here, just like Stephen Odey did last season. I believe it is possible because this club likes players to be descipline and that would help me" Ayinde thus revealed

Every year a new star breaks out from the NPFL Ayinde just might be the star for this season
