Club Owners, Media, Supporters Club Storm Abuja for NPFL Mid-Season Seminar


All is now set for the 2014/2015 Nigeria Professional Football League Mid season seminar ahead of the resumption of the second round of the Apex league season, the Glo Premier League.


According to reports monitored in Abuja, the League Management Company LMC has set aside Wednesday 29th - Friday 31st July 2015 to review the performances of the first round as well as seek ways of making the second round a more success.

The Glo NPFL has so far received the widest commendation from football followers and stakeholders from within and outside the country owing to the several innovations which have positively changed the trend of the league for better, many thanks to the new leadership of the LMC headed by Mallam Shehu Dikko.

A glance through the Seminar programme revealed that the club chairmen and Managers (Club Owners) would be hosted to a high level Management seminar with season football technocrats as resource persons, while the Media officers and selected media groups, SWAN members as well as media partners would be updated with the effective use of the new media in promoting the league.

On the other hand, the leadership of the various Clubs supporters club would take their turn to learn how best to be good supporters and promote peace at match venues.

Invited delegatees are expected to arrive Abuja beginning from Wednesday, as a source in the LMC office confirmed that all arrangements have been put in place for a hitch free mid season seminar, even as the League resumes on August 2nd 2015.
