Jos Court Recognizes Pinnick as NFF President

There should naturally be a closure to the arguement on the Chris Giwa group concerning the Case in the Jos Court with the latest from the Judge. Also, those insisting they dont care about the FIFA Intervention and that Nigerian Court is vital should now be able to understand that Chris Giwa does not have any go ahead from the fundamental point of the Nigerian Law Court they are holding on to.
Hon. Justice M. H. Kufrya has personally written, and signed, a CLARIFICATION of the interim Order he made on Friday, 8th April 2016.

It was very clear when the interim Order was made, but some persons have been trying so hard to convince themselves otherwise. While the Plaintiffs wanted the court to restore “Orders made before the case was struck out,” the Hon. Judge restored the “Orders made when the case was struck out!”

The Orders made when the case was struck out was that “The Plaintiff having withdrawn this suit, all Orders made previously including the dissolution of the Executive Committee (Board of) Nigeria Football Federation vide the Order of this Honourable Court dated 23rd October 2014 seizes to have life and this matter stands struck out.”

The essence is that by the NFF Congress’ election, affirmation and re-affirmation, CAF recognition, FIFA recognition, and by Nigeria law, Amaju Melvin Pinnick remains the President of Nigeria Football Federation.
