#KogiGovRace: Audu Set to Declare Interest

Arrangement has been concluded for former governor of Kogi State Prince Abubakar Audu  to formally declare his ambition to contest the incoming governorship election in the state. The event will take place in Lokoja township stadium on Saturday.
 His media aid Mal. Suleiman Abdulmalik disclosed this to newsmen in Lokoja,the state capital yesterday.
According to him,Audu will use the occasion to unveil his manifesto to the public,the event is expected to witness prominent individual including former governors,Senators,House of Rep and state Assembly Members across the country, party executives in the state have all indicated to grace the occasion in solidarity with Prince Audu.
Abdulmalik stated that Audu is overwhelmed by the love and trust the people of the state has shown him in the last three month, to rescue the state and all the delegates from the 21 LGAs would be at the rally.
"the people of the state donated money and bought nomination form for him,some people bought and branded vehicles for his campaign, T-Shirts and face caps,banners,posters and many other campaign materials were all giving to the prince of the Niger" he said.
He said Kogi State is at cross road and needed and experienced and mature person to lead the state out of this present mess. " PDP ruined the state, Audu left a buoyant and health state to the PDP, and today they brought the state to its knee. our saving grace is that Audu can still contest and that is why the people want him to come and complete his remaining four years,so that he can fix the mess left by the PDP".
