The Nigeria Premier League Media Officers Forum, has congratulated the Chairman of the League Management Company (LMC), Malam Shehu Dikko, over his award as the Sun Sports Personality of the year.
The Forum in a statement on Friday, signed by its chairman, Mr. China Acheru, described the award is an honour well deserved.
The statement added that the recognition is long over due taking into account the development the Shehu Dikko led LMC has brought to the nation's football.
The Forum also described the changes the LMC Boss has brought to the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) as unprecedented that must be sustained.
The statement called on the football fraternity in the country to rally round the LMC chairman, so he can bring more developments to the league, to make it the best in Africa.
The Forum pledged its full support to the LMC as the image maker of the league.
